The last half of the video is an advertisement for a supplement. I have used similar supplements, successfully, in the past for a period of months, but I have not tried this one. I suspect that this type of supplement will work better for some people than others, and that any supplement of this nature may lose effectiveness when used long-term (as happened with me). At some point you really do need to stop eating bad food.
