I’m reading this right now. I was looking for something straightforward that I could pass along to others. Maybe not the answer to everything, but pointing clearly to the way out of the mess which is our cultural and “official” (industry-driven) beliefs about food. I found it, and I’m learning from it myself, some things forgotten and some things new. A few things my doctor told me that just weren’t right.
