A new support group has just formed in Sonoma County to support adult (18 and older) transwomen/MTFs (male to female) at any stage of transition.

Planned Parenthood started offering transgender medical services (age 18 and older) at these Sacramento clinics in July 2009.
A sliding fee scale is available for those on limited income.  Download flyer.

On 5/28/2009 "98 Rock" KRXQ's Rob, Arnie and Dawn radio show hosts ridiculed a news story about an 8 year old transgender girl and proceeded to a 30 minute rant promoting intimidation and violence against trans children.
